In 1994, Frank P. Schilero was given the responsibility to manage a California based insurance and financial agency with 48 associates for the MassMutual Life Insurance Company. To meet the ever changing needs of the agency’s clients, Frank established Capistrano Insurance & Financial Services so as to be able to offer a diversified approach to insurance & financial needs.
